As much as it is fun to have an environment where kids can go ‘mad’ and ‘play’ we have to ask you to follow our simple rules and regulations which are in place to ensure that everyone has a goodtime.
Children should never be left unattended
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on our premises
No alcohol may be consumed and is strictly prohibited
Parents and carers must remain responsible for their children at ALL times
No food or drinks may be taken into any play area
No chewing gum on the premises
No glassware is to be brought into MadPlay
No shoes may be worn on the play equipment
Socks MUST be worn at ALL Times
All jewellery, badges and any other sharp objects should be removed before entering the play equipment
No climbing on the outside of the equipment
High chairs are for babies only
No climbing on the outside of the netting
No running in the seating area
Children who are unwell should not use the play equipment
MadPlay do not accept any responsibility for any items lost or left behind, damage or theft
During busy times MadPlay have a 2 Hour maximum stay policy
Only food and drinks bought at MadPlay may be consumed on the premises. NO other food or drinks are permitted
Unsocial behaviour or verbal abuse of any kind will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave without refund
MadPlay reserve the right to ask any person not observing these rules to leave the premises without a refund. At MadPlay, we want YOU to have a great time and our rules are there to protect you as well as us.
