Due to the situation regarding COVID-19 and the level of contagiousness it presents, Mad Play is asking all of its patron to follow the rules listed below. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who is not willing to do so and will ask you to leave if these rules are not followed for the duration of your visit.
Washing hands – Hand sanitiser must be used on entry to Mad Play. Please wash your hands after each time in the play area and before you eat.
Social Distancing – Please make sure you are social distancing. Queuing up for entry to Mad Play, toilets and ordering food.
Play Frame – The frame will have entry points and some areas (ball pool) will be closed off and equipment moved due to safety. Staff members are available for guidance. Announcements will be made to remind you to play safely.
Face Masks – The Government states masks are to be worn (unless exempt) upon entry, moving around the centre and at your table. Only to be removed when you are eating & drinking.
Footwear – Socks must be worn by all as shoes are no longer allowed inside Mad Play.
Pushchairs – must be left in the lobby- there is now a buggy park with padlocks for security. Spaces are limited so it may be best to carry your car seat from the car park. (car seats for under 12 months permitted).
Air Circulation – Our front doors must be kept open to create an air flow. Please make sure you bring suitable clothing.
Food and Drink – Our full menu is available. Masks to be worn at the counter when ordering food and sitting at your table (when you’re not eating or drinking). No outside food can be brought into Mad Play including Birthday cakes.
Government Guidelines state that customers must clear their own tables in order to avoid cross contamination. bins are readily available and cutlery and crockery can be left on the trolley outside the kitchen.
Toilets – our toilets and baby change facilities are open. Social distancing is required.
Please do not litter. Please use bins provided.
First Aid – Because of Covid-19 we have to limit the amount of first aid given.
Please do not visit us if you are sick – We respectfully request that you do not visit us if you have any symptoms of Covid-19. If you develop any symptoms when you are on site then please take extra care & swiftly speak to a member of staff.
We are doing everything we can to ensure your safety, but we need your cooperation to make these measures effective. Please make responsible choices and respect the measures we have put in place. We can do this if we all work together.
