- All free entries and passes to MadPlay are only valid for the one named child and are not transferable
- MadPlay reserve the right to confiscate any entry tickets or pass if it is being used fraudulently
- All tickets passes remain the property of MadPlay at all times
- Free entry passes and tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- MadPlay reserve the right to withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice
- All prizes are non transferable and have no cash value at all
- If you lose your entry or pass to MadPlay we are unable to issue a replacement for the remaining duration of the ticket/pass
